Bio: Dr. Bregman is a born and bred Vancouverite. He completed his medical degree at the University of British Columbia in 2009. He then completed a one year rotating internship in Family Medicine at Stamford Hospital/Columbia University in Stamford, Connecticut. From there he moved back to Canada where he finished his residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Alberta. He is a full-service Family Physician in Vancouver who has had an established practice since 2012.
